Excuses

There are always reasons, aka “excuses,” preventing us from committing to an important change or striving for a new habit that would be good for us, like routine exercise. “There’s not enough time, it’s too hard, I tried before and it failed to help.” Here’s a perspective worth considering.

And when on considers that it only takes about 30 days to create a new habit, “freedom” from our excuses not to do, is very attainable.
