Build your new fitness habit around Forever Fit classes: they're available at your convenience, when and where you like. Forever Fit classes are reasonably priced and scholarships are offered. The Forever Fit community will provide peer support, tips & tricks, acknowledgement, and rewards and nudges when you need them.

​Classes are offered by a new non-profit which aims to provide exercise & fitness for everybody over 50. It's part of the vision from founders Elizabeth Reed and Steve Gang, to provide exceptional wellness resources and support to "masters" regardless of physical condition or ability to pay.

There's no obligation or commitment. You can learn more, get your questions answered, and try out Forever Fit classes AT NO COST for 14 days.

  • You can take Forever Fit classes in your home, live and on-demand via Zoom.

  • Live at 8:30 am Eastern, three days per week or at your convenience from our library of recorded classes.

  • Every class includes aerobics for cardio, weight training for strength, balance exercises and stretching for resilience, all keyed to your level and needs.

  • Taught by the inimitable Elizabeth Reed, an experienced instructor who's professionally certified in Group Fitness, Senior Fitness, Balance, and Behavior Change Coaching.

  • All classes offer options for lower-, medium- or higher-intensity exercise.

    • Monday "Bands and Weights" mixes cardio, resistance bands and weights.

    • Wednesday offers higher-intensity intervals of cardio and weights

    • Friday adds floor work on mats

  • Reminders and acknowledgements to help you build a new habit of fitness.

  • An online community of people like you, for advice and support whenever you need it.

  • Reasonably priced (with scholarships and discounts available - just ask us):

    • Monthly: automatically renewing at $35 per month

    • Yearly: $350 due at signing (comes out to 2 months free)
